Returns

Our returns policy lasts for 30 days meaning if 30 days have passed since you placed your order, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Your product(s) is only eligible for a return (unless faulty within the guarantee window) if it is unused and in the same condition that it was received and with the original packaging.

Products that have had the default trim or heelpad option changed (meaning where the trim is any choice other than 'Black' and heelpad is any choice other than 'No Heelpad' or 'Carpet Heelpad') or embroidery added cannot be returned as explained on each product page.

If you need to return a product then please use our contact page to send us a message to initiate the process. To speed up your return, please include your order number and any other relevant information.

Refunds

Once you have contacted us, we'll provide you with a return number to include with your product(s). Once we have received your return, we will inspect and notify you by email if your return has been accepted or rejected.

Any accepted return will have the refund processed and we will credit your original payment method as soon as possible.

Shipping Your Return

It is your responsibility to safely ship your return to us and we cannot accept responsibility for your return until it has been accepted into our warehouse.

For any eligible order we will refund the reasonable cost of shipping your item back to us otherwise your refund will be limited to the original cost of your order.

Where Is My Refund

We process returns as quickly as possible but if you've received your refund confirmation but can't see your refund yet please:

  1. Re-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit/debit card company to check if the refund has yet to be processed on their side.
  3. Contact your bank, again to check if the refund has yet to be processed on their side.
  4. Use our contact page and we'll be happy to help.

It's very common for recently issued refunds not to show in bank accounts and it may take several days for the refund to show on your side.

Cancel My Order

Please use our contact form as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. It may not be possible to cancel your order if it has already been processed and awaiting shipping.

Please note we cannot cancel orders that have had their default choices changed when production has begun.
